I think you’ll agree with me that staircases have something hypnotic to them. Whether you are standing on the first or the tenth floor, you’re tempted to look how the stairs twist around something invisible. And people have a tendency to capture everything they can’t understand. This is the second selection of staircases.

The definition of aesthetics in my mind is closely linked with the amazing hand-made postcards by Yana Danylova. It’s probably because her works are so precise and details but so simple overall. They are very nice postcards of pieces of fabrics, color paper, threads and some dried green things. And voila, beauty is ready. I can’t just walk past them and not touch those masterpieces through their wrapping.

European, American and Japanese gamers have lots of fun playing an RPG Anima. One of them, Wen-m, draws his favorite characters and heroes of the game.

Milo Ventimiglia has been in the cinema world for about 10 years, but he became really famous after Heroes where he starred as Peter Petrelli. From the first episodes female audience was won over by this amazing young man. His looks are very nice, and he looks more like a model. Photographers are fighting to have a photosession wih Milo, and we’ll evaluate the result now. I’ll post two photosessions by unknown authors.

Why would anyone need character design? Well, it could be used for a game, cartoon or advertisement. If there is demand, there is an offer. And, by the way, this offer is very nice, even though it has teeth. The author is torka from Urugwai, and he does character design: different cartoon monsters, robots and sea dwellers. They would look great on avatars.

It so happened, that this series of photographs by Christine Day Lorico doesn’t have a name. I like such photos. These are the shots with real people and landscapes, but the impression is that it’s a drawing. Weightless and totally lonely. Light, color and photoshop play games with the audience.

The idea of such pictures is not new at all, I’ve seen them in school. Nature is the best artist. Only a few colors, but it’s so beautiful. You must have seen something similar, too.
