Let’s talk about cars some more. The car Mini (many call it Mini Cooper, but Cooper is just the name of one of Mini’s models) was created in 1959 and then became an icon of the 60-s – the time of freedom, progress and renaissance. But it was not destined to be like that – it was made just as means of transportation that would use minimum gas and would reply to world gas crisis. In 1961 sports confuguration of this car was created – Mini Cooper S, and it made the brand famous worldwide, by winning a few Monte-Carlo rallies. It was produced practically unchanged up until 2000. Starting from 2000 a new generation of Mini appeared – under the BMW Group brand – also legendary, but very modern.
