The autor is from spain and his name is Jara Cordero. He’s more of an illustrator, but he likes to paint on walls. Monsters with large black eyes and lots of glowing in them really get to you. You can’t miss such graffiiti.

Night Photos

Night Photos

We’ve already posted about Britain at night and about Halloween night. Today we’ll give you a chance to look at night EVERYWHERE. 70 different night photos from all over the world. Some of them will seem like day to you, but it’s the Moon.

Baykonur

Baykonur

Baykonur is the pride of Russian cosmonautics, even though it’s located in Kazakhstan. Originally the name was given to another fake space launching site, that was built to distract the probable enemy. But later, when real flights started, the real site got the name Baykonur.

Wedding Photos and Wedding Photographers

Wedding Photos and Wedding Photographers

A wedding is a very important, and, ideally, a once-in-a-lifetime event. And it’s also funny and unusual. There’s probably no two same weddings, although there are often similar wedding photos. But not on this website and not today. Humorous wedding photos from the best wedding photographers. Besides, they are united into an association which should help friendship, mutual understanding and creativeness.

Halloween: All Saints Night

Halloween: All Saints Night

So, the topic of today’s Halloween party is blood. am Got the idea? Let’s get ready. Today we’re going to celebrate with great parties, creative costumes and wild fun. Get your pumpkins, cut them out and move!

Mushroom Photos

Mushroom Photos

Would you like some mushrooms? Well, we’ve got them! But I don’t recommend eating them. They’re nice, of course, but not edible. And they’re capable of eating someone themselves. Of course, if that anyone allows them to grow on it. For now it’s only trees. But who knows what will happen. The mushrooms are almost as old as the cockroaches. And the roaches even outlived the dinosaurs.

Zulu

Zulu

It seems to me that someone really likes contrasts. Otherwise why would this photoartist in the beginning of the 20th century put zulu into and interior that doesn’t fit them at all?

X-Ray Room

X-Ray Room

Usually when you get an X-ray, it’s in some very boring hospital room, and you understand that you’re a regular person, that your life isn’t easy and you’re very far away from art. Probably this is why X-rays are always so boring. But if you add some inspiration to this and think positively, something much more interesting and even colorful should come up. And the most important thing – don’t forget to bring your dog to the X-ray.

Photos of Great Britain at Night

Photos of Night in Great Britain

The nights are quiet in Great Britain. It’s empty, quiet and only lonely lamplights shine through typical English for. Just the place for some whoddunit.

Movement Rules

Movement Rules

Everything moves around us. Or we move around something. Sometimes it seems that movement is the main precondition for life’s existence on the Earth. Although pandas might not agree with that. But it’s especially nice to see movement where you don’t expect it – on the picture.

First Time to First Grade

First Time to First Grade

First day of school has been the cause for celebrating since childhood. The kids go to school, and some of them don’t know yet, that it’s for many-many years and are genuinely happy. The rest of them are on the photos from this selection.

Photos of France

Photos of France

France and Russia have many ties. And France, as well as Russia, can be pictures from up above. It’s going to be interesting although not unusual.

2008 Olympics in Beijing

2008 Olympic Games in Beijing

We can’t help but post some cool photos from the Olympic games. Here’s something to laugh, cry and make your mouth dry.

Boom De Ah Dah

Is it a gloomy Monday morning? It’ll always be better with Discovery channel. And they like everybody – even the long-gone Egyptian Pharaohs and gigantic octopuses.

Photos of Russia

Photos of Russia

Russia is large. And all large things are best seen from a distance or from great height. So to see the most and the best of it, it’s enough to get into a helicopter and take pictures of everything you see. It should turn out nicely, just like in our today’s selection. And be patient, as there are many pictures here, even though much less than there are beautiful and interesting places in Russia.

Mantis

Mantis

Mantis religiosa L. is a large predatory insect with front legs that are well suited to grab food. It can be up to 75 mm long.

To be honest, I don’t understand how such a slow insect can survive in wild nature, even though it’s predatory.

Wood Fires in California

Wood Fires in California

Wood fires are crazy in California. The sight is both exciting and scary. Scary by the tragedies of thousands of people who are in danger. And exciting because nature repeats these fires for thousands of years – and still, everything is OK. And, of course, the people who fight this, are heroes.

Pilots’ Cabins

Pilots' Cabins

Planes are extremely important. We all know this simple truth since childhood. Later, having grown up, we understand why is that. Any normal person after seeing the pilots’ cabin (cockpit) should become amazed. Just reading the names of the devices would take hours for a regular person. And the pilots deal with them all in a very short time that is just barely enough for us to eat.

Easter Eggs

Easter Eggs

Even though Easter is not exactly close, I suggest you look at what can be done of an egg. I can’t guarantee those will be exactly Easter eggs, but I can promise you it will be beautiful.

Wood Fires

Wood Fires

Good evening, I’ll be brief. I’ve only got one photo today, but it’s such a photo. It was made almost 8 years ago by a wood fire specialist John McColgan. If he weren’t working, he could become a rich person by selling these photos. But as he was working, this photo belongs to all the people according to US law and cannot be sold.

Ladislav Kamarad – Wild Photo Landscapes

Ladislav Kamarad - Wild Photo Lanscapes

Ladislav Kamarad is from Chech republic. He makes photos of different places on our planet, trying to choose the most beautiful and extreme places. In his list he’s got Nepal, Pakistan, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Mexico, Namibia, New Zealand, and, of course, Chech republic. We can enjoy all this beauty at the comfort of our own homes.

Swimming City – Photos of Future

Swimming City - Photos of Future

Global warming, melting of icebergs… This is not good. Otherwise why would a Belgian designer Vincent Collebot who lives in a country with access to the sea, start to make projects of swimming cities? Of course, they’re not big, maximim 50 thousand people. But 210 of such ships could contain the whole of Belgium. And one would be enough for Switzerland. How this device will swim (or walk?) in the ocean – I don’t quite understand yet, but I’m sure it will be ecological and clean.

Color Photos

Color Photos

Some color for this morning. But I lied. There’s going to be lots and lots of color. Any color and in various places. Let’s see and be happy with the good weather.

Hurricane Photos

Hurricane Photos

The nature doesn’t have bad weather? Oh yes, it does. Tell this to those who lost their roof from this weather – the storm, lightning, and rain will seem like something well-known if you get to locations that are close to the tornado. But all bad things will end sometime and there will be bright skies and sun will shine into your windows, if any are left, of course.

Kyiv Photos

Kyiv Photos

I suggest you look at some photos of what you’re never going to see for real. And if you’re going to see them, it’s going to be totally different. Kyiv photos, made in the beginning of the century are not only a technical achievement, but also an impassionate fixation of what could have become of Kyiv if time had no power over cities and people.

Sky Photos

Sky Photos

Have you ever tried touching the sky? It seems there’s nothing easier… From the formal point of view we all live in the sky, only not very high. And the guy named Horst from California not only can touch the sky, he knows where clouds come from.

Color Photos of Great Britain, Beginning of 20th Century

Color Photos of Great Britain, Beginning of 20th Century

We’re used to seeing the world in color, and on the pictures as well. But for many the process of making color photos was a secret up until 90s, and some could hardly believe that the color photoprocess that became the prototype of modern film, was invented in 1903. At those times glass plates were used instead of film, and photoemulsion was made of starch. So, another trip to the past, 2 generations before digital photography.

Earth Photos from Space

Earth Photos from Space

Incredible, on the border of mysterious, and sometimes even impossible. On the Earth, of course. From space – close or far – it doesn’t matter, it’s all seen as rather usual and you see it 22 times a day – just take it. So next time when you can’t sleep at night because of a creative crisis, just get the tickets to a spaceshio and go to the nearest orbit for some inspiration.

Switzerland Photos

Switzerland Photos

When you fly over the south of Germany, you can see this country from far away. When compared to cloud-covered flat Germany, it looks like God-damned land – everything is so uneven. Naked rocks and the snow. But when you are inside, you clearly understand that you’re in a small and strictly guarded heaven, and the mountains are just a secure protection of this small pure greatness. So, a little bit of Switzerland.

Holland Photos

Holland Photos

A very rare country of windmills, tulips and legalized marijuana, that makes one proud of it and its citizens. This is an example of tolerance and openness. Its population is less than New York City population, and the queen rides her bike to work. It has people who have fought 20% of their territory from the sea and have left another 20% for now. In 2007 it got second place for the level of Internet penetration, having lost by 0.2% to Norway. By the way, the name Holland is wrong, it’s just the name of 2 provinces of 12. The correct name is Netherlands.

Flower Photos (Part 1)

Flower Photos (Part 2)

Amazing macro-photos of flowers. You must have seen such photos by Kiki Plumier. I don’t know the name of the author of these photos, and I’m very sorry about this. I’d like to know the name of a person whose photos rise such emotions. It’s a melting and lighting world of flowers from the inside, that no one has ever done before, and it’s exciting and makes you feel lile a small person in fantasy world.

Flower Photos (Part 2)

Flower Photos (Part 2)

Second and last part of the series of beautiful pictures with flowers from an unknown photographer.

Stone World

Stone World
Incredible creations of nature, I got so excited while making this selection. I wish I could come to each of those places, see everything with my own eyes. Stone fantasies of nature – that’s probably the best characteristics for those pictures. Look, enjoy, wow, and then comment!

World Wonders

World Wonders
On July 7, 2007 (07.07.07) the world has chisen new 7 wonders of the world. There were lots of candidates, but the list of winners is as follows: The Chinese Wall, Taj-Mahal, Roman Colyseum, Petra in Jordania, the Statue of Christ on Rio, Machu-Pikchu in Peru and Chichen-Itsa in Mexico. I decided to make a selection not only of new world wonders, but of all great buildings I could find after an hour of searching. It’s amazing, if you take the Pyramids in Egypt, where did they get such materials for building? Did they make it by hand? Did they build all of that by hand? It’s hard to believe that. Although we haven’t been there and we can’t know.

Nature Wallpapers VS People

Nature Wallpapers VS People

Wallpapers for desktop. In them you will see how nature is fighting people to be first in beauty and wins! But people can create incredble and beautiful things, too. The size is 1600×1200.

Hiroshima

Hiroshima

In the selection are the pictures of Hiroshima these days, everything that’s left of ut. The photos are of good quality and their size is 1024×680, so they can even be used for wallpapers. I’m speechless over what people can do. It’s like a game of war. It’s like they didn’t realize, they just obeyed orders and did what we were told. Look at the pictures before the bombing and after it.

Large Wallpapers

The incredible beauty of Canadian nature. 36 high-quality wallpapers – 1600х1200 (large wallpapers). They’ll be a decoration for your desktop and will bring you joy when you look at them.

The brightness and vividness really please the eye! I recommend watching, it’s really exciting. It’s like actually going there, hearing the birds sing, the water chiming…

The Planet Mars

The planet Mars has been named because of the god of war due to its bloody-red color that is very well seen and very easy to spot while watching it through the telescope. In the times of Pyfagor (IV century B.C.) the Greeks called this planet Faethon which means shining. Aristotle (IV century B.C) has named Mars Ares after the name of the god of war.

Underwater World Pictures

One of the most exciting sights on the planed is the underwater world! The diver is probably the best profession in the world. Just imagine – every day you dive into the world of beauty and art. Of course it has its own dangers – the sharks and others won’t let you enjoy the sights peacefully, but we don’t have to be afraid of the sharks, we just have to go to the full news and enjoy.

Winter 2008

It’s winter, and it’s hot, my congratulations! It’s been some time since we’ve had the holidays, thought of presents, and made many decisions. And I think there are some lucky guys who were able to play in the snow. To make winter even more important, let’s look at some winter landscapes.

Italian City

The most famous city in Italy is Rome. If you haven’t been to this eternal city yet, then you would want to walk Rome’s streets at least once, sit in a small street cafe and look at the sights. Rome is the most ancient city in the world with rich architecture. You should thank the photographer Karsten Thormaehlen for small pieces of Rome.

Running Wave

Nice photos of running seashore waves by a photographer Clifford Ross. On the author’s website you can find the pictures of the shooting process. Funny sight. The pictures are black and white, although I think that the sight of sea (blue) wave would have been more beautiful. Oh… I want my vacation :)

Raymond Meier

Raymond Meier is from Switzerland. But he’s been working in the United States for about 20 years. He mostly does luxurious pictures. But the series of photographs with incredible architecture is, of course, more interesting. He probably had to travel half the world to find such buildings.
